Cencora reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $88.4 billion, up 5.5% from a year earlier, as sales increased in both its U.S. and international health-care businesses.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, net income attributable to Cencora was $519 million, or $2.71 a diluted share. The company had reported a loss of $1.75 a share in the year-earlier quarter, which included a large goodwill impairment charge.

Adjusted diluted earnings were $4.66 a share, up 21.4%. The adjusted figure excludes specified acquisition, restructuring and other items and should not be read as a substitute for results under generally accepted accounting principles.

U.S. Healthcare Solutions revenue increased 5.4% to $78.3 billion. Cencora attributed the growth mainly to higher unit volumes, including specialty products sold to health systems and physician practices and medicines labeled for diabetes or weight loss in the GLP-1 class. International Healthcare Solutions revenue increased 5.1% to $7.8 billion.

For the full fiscal year, revenue rose 5% to $337.4 billion. GAAP diluted earnings were $17.95 a share, compared with $7.96 in fiscal 2025. Full-year adjusted diluted earnings were $17.97 a share.

Cencora projected fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings of $19.40 to $19.75 a share, which would represent growth of 8% to 10%. The company expects revenue to increase 3% to 5%. Those ranges are forecasts and exclude items the company said it cannot reasonably estimate.

The pharmaceutical distributor also said it is reorganizing its reporting structure for fiscal 2027 into Pharmaceutical Distribution and Services, Specialty Pharmaceutical and Provider Services, and Other. It raised its quarterly dividend 10% to 66 cents a share, payable Nov. 30 to holders of record on Nov. 13.
