Remitly Global reported third-quarter revenue of $509.8 million Wednesday, up 22% from a year earlier as the digital money-transfer company processed more transactions and served more customers.

Send volume rose 25% to $24.4 billion, while active customers increased 17% to 10.3 million. Net income reached $67.6 million, compared with $8.8 million in the third quarter of 2025.

The Seattle-based company said adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization rose 97% to $120.8 million. That is a non-GAAP measure that excludes specified costs and should be considered alongside the company’s reported net income and operating results.

Remitly raised its full-year revenue outlook to a range of $1.989 billion to $1.991 billion, which would represent growth of about 22%. It forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $531 million to $533 million, or growth of 20% to 21% from the same period last year.

The company’s board also increased the authorization for its share-repurchase program by $300 million, bringing the total authorization to $500 million. The program has no expiration date and does not require Remitly to buy any specific amount of stock.

Remitly provides digital cross-border payment services. Its results show continued growth in both the number of active customers and the total value of money sent through the platform, while the higher profit figures indicate operating leverage as revenue expands.

The quarterly filing also provides context for the company’s year-to-date earnings. Remitly recorded a large tax benefit earlier in 2026 after releasing a U.S. valuation allowance, so its nine-month net income should not be read as entirely recurring operating performance. The third-quarter release separately reported a $4.1 million tax expense tied to a further adjustment.

Management scheduled an earnings call for 5 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday to discuss the results. The company said it will continue using its investor-relations site for material disclosures.
